Day 01 MIRI - MULU NATIONAL PARK (L,D) Morning transfer to airport and fly to Mulu. On arrival transfer to Royal Mulu Resort. After lunch proceed to visit Deer Cave & Lang Cave. Wait for the exodus of thousands of bats on their nightly feeding forays. Trek back to the Park HQ by torchlight. Return to Royal Mulu Resort. Overnight: Royal Mulu Resort 3*

Day 02 MULU CAVES - CAMP 5 (B,L,D) After breakfast take a morning longtail boat ride to visit Batu Bungan Penan Settlement where you are able to purchase the local handicraft made by the Penan tribe Go by boat to the Cave of the Wind with is tall, slender stalagmites, then on to the source of the Clearwater River, see the underground river and visit the dry passage of the Lady's Cave. Swim at the Clearwater Spring. After picnic lunch at the Clearwater Pavilion, continue your journey by longtail boat to Kuala Berar or Long Litut. The 8km trek is through beautiful rainforest and along the Litut River to Melinau Camp. Overnight: Camp 5 (basic accommodation).

Day 03 PINNACLES (B,L,D)) After breakfast begins the 2.4km steep trek to the Pinnacles viewpoint at 1750 m. along this trail are many orchids, pitcher plants and tiny Tree Shrews foraging for food. The pinnacles of Mulu National Park are a collection of 45 meter high, limestone needles that cling to the side of Gunung Api (Volcano). The hike to the viewpoint overlooking the pinnacles is a tough and challenging mountain climb. However, trekkers are rewarded with a spectacular view of a silver-grey forest of stone, poking up through the surrounding jungle. Return to Camp 5 for a refreshing swim and another overnight stay. Overnight: Camp 5 (basic accommodation).

Day 04 MULU - KOTA KINABALU (B,L) After breakfast retrace our steps back to Kuala Berar or Long Litut for a leisurely longboat ride back to Mulu Airport for your departure flight. Fly to Kota Kinabalu. On arrival transfer to the hotel. Free time at leisure for shopping. Overnight: Hyatt Regency hotel 5*.

Day 05 RAFTING PADAS (B,L) You will begin your tour with a 2 hour drive to Beaufort railway station. Thereafter, you will have to board on a train for you to precede your trip to Pangi Station, a place you can have your white water rafting. Upon arriving Pangi, light refreshment will be served and a safety briefing will be conducted by the river guide. Your white water rafting commences half an hour later. It covers 9 km of the Padas River. When you reach the ending point, you will be served with BBQ lunch by the river side. There, you are given about an hour stay for you to explore the scenic area before you are transferred back on board the train back to Beaufort railway station and then driven back to your hotel in the city. Overnight: Hyatt Regency hotel 5*.

Day 06 MT KINABALU (B,L,D) Pick up early morning from your Kota Kinabalu city hotel for a two-hour overland drive to the beautiful Kinabalu National Park. Upon arrival at Mt. Kinabalu Park, you will check-in at the Park's office, and then the real adventure starts as you will continue to the Power Station by coach for the start of our 2-day climb of mighty Mount Kinabalu. Commence your climb of magnificent Mount Kinabalu, at 4100m the highest mountain in Malaysia. The beautiful climb takes approximately four hours to Laban Rata which is situated at an altitude of 3,353m. It will take you from tropical luxuriance through oak forest to the rocky sub-alpine summit plateau, with many unique trees and flowers to be seen on the way. Check into Pendant Hut and proceed for via ferrata familiarization. Relax and enjoy the spectacular mountain landscape. Dinner and overnight. Overnight: Pendant Hut (basic accommodation - dormitory).

Day 07 MT KINABALU SUMMIT - VIA FERRATA - NEXT DESTINATION (B) Wake up very early at 2am and commence your ascent by torchlight towards the summit. The climb takes about three hours but is well rewarded with a beautiful sunrise at approximately 6am (weather permitting). Descend down and begin Via Ferrata Walk the Torq (duration 2 - 3 hrs, Length of via ferrata is 430m). 1000hrs return to Pendant Hut, check out and descend to the Power Station from where you transfer to the Park's headquarters to collect your climb certificate. Transfer to Kota Kinabalu hotel or airport.
