Day 01 SEPILOK ORANGUTAN - SAFARI KINABATANGAN RIVER (L,D) Pick up from hotels (Sabah Hotel or Sandakan Hotel) within Sandakan at 0800/0815 hrs or Sandakan Airport to Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Center. At this world renowned center, come face to face with human's closest relative, the Orangutans. The Orangutans feeding time is at 1000 hrs. Also experience a walk in the tropical lowland dipterocarp forest. At 1100hrs, depart Sepilok and proceed to Sukau by boat. Late afternoon, take another river cruise to Menanggul River, a small tributary of the Kinabatangan. Return lodge for dinner. Overnight: Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge.

Day 02 OXBOW LAKE – GOMANTONG CAVES (B,L,D) Wake up by the calls of gibbons and hornbills. Early morning, take a river trip to the oxbow lake to observe more wildlife and experience the early morning ambience of Sabah's longest river. Return lodge for breakfast. After lunch, proceed overland to Gomantong Birdnest Caves. Upon arrival, trek 15 minutes on the wooden plank walk to the cave. Explore the largest bird's nest cave in Sabah, home to millions of Bats and swiftlets. Return to the lodge for late afternoon river cruise to search for more wildlife. Overnight: Kinabatangan Riverside Lodge.

Day 03 SUKAU – DANUM VALLEY (B,L,D) After early breakfast, depart for 2 hours drive to Lahad Datu. On arrival transfer to the Borneo Rainforest Office for registration, then continue for another 83 kilometres through secondary rainforest before arriving at Borneo Rainforest Lodge, located beside the Danum River on the edge of 438 square kilometres of untouched lowland rainforest. The Danum Valley Conservation Area is blessed with a startling diversity of tropical flora and fauna. This vast Eden-like basin is home to the extremely rare Sumatran Rhinoceros, Orang Utans, gibbons, mouse deer and the beautiful clouded leopard. In the afternoon, an introduction to the forest through Nature Trail and proceed to the Canopy Walkway. in the evening, if weather permits, experience a Night Drive in an open-air truck in search of nocturnal animals. Overnight: Borneo Rainforest Lodge.

Day 04 DANUM VALLEY (B,L,D) Enjoy a whole day in the beautiful Danum Valley with morning guided jungle activities. Trekking to the View Point for a bird's eye view of the Valley and the misty lowland rainforest, then descend to the "Jacuzzi" pool for a refreshing dip. Free at leisure in the afternoon. After dinner, if weather permits, enjoy a Night Walk around the lodge in search of nocturnal animals. Overnight: Borneo Rainforest Lodge.

Day 05 DANUM VALLEY – SEMPORNA – KAPALAI (B,L,D) After breakfast, continue your journey overland to Semporna and proceed by boat to Kapalai Island. Orientation dive. Overnight: Kapalai Island Resort.

Day 06 DIVING KAPALAI (B,L,D) Day at leisure. Optional snorkeling and diving. Overnight: Kapalai.

Day 07 DIVING KAPALAI (B,L,D) Day at leisure. Optional snorkeling and diving. Overnight: Kapalai.

Day 08 DIVING KAPALAI (B,L,D) Day at leisure. Optional snorkeling and diving. Overnight: Kapalai.

Day 09 KAPALAI – SEMPORNA – TAWAU AIRPORT – NEXT DESTINATION (B) Boat to Semporna and transfer to Tawau Airport for your flight back / next destination.
